Cleared lots of quests and now I’ve only really got one thing to do at the moment (apart from helping Ingress which I have had assigned forever) - I think I need to obtain a piece of Ravel. However, I get the feeling I’ve missed something…
Lots of wandering back and forth tidying up subquests - as a matter of fact I’m not that sure how to make progress at the moment. I did set Ignus free from the Burning Corpse bar which I am really unsure about. I also got into the seige tower and was given a weapon that could kill me.
R was watching the X Factor so I played for a couple of hours, but unfortunately killed someone I shouldn’t have so I restarted. I’ve now been to the private sensorium and have lots of new subquests which seem to revolve around The Brothel of Slating Intellectual Lusts.
Finished the quest for Pharod, finished some subquests, teamed up with Annah, trapped a Dabus and have now arrived in the Lower Ward
I said something wrong and had to fight my way through the Trash Warrens to the buried village where I did a couple of subquests. I talked to Pharod and have now entered the catacombs, I found my arm and lots of Cranium Rats and Lesser Vargouilles. I left in a bit of a hurry for healing from Mebbeth and also went to see Fell about my arm. I returned to the Catacombs and I am currently wandering around the Dead Nations - I have just found out Soego’s secret.
I haven’t played anything for a couple of days as I’ve been messing with HTML and CSS (I write web applications, but my CSS knowledge is weak). I spent a lot of time tidying up some loose ends, got some fighter training from Porphiron and I am now in the Trash Warrens.
Lots of toing and froing in the Hive; delivering messages first to and then from Craddock, getting rid of a cursed box and establishing a memorial to Es-Annon. I hate the fixed number of slots in this sort of game - surely you should just be restricted by weight and bulk? There really shouldn’t be that low a limit on the number of scrolls I can carry and what is it with rings? If I can carry over a 1000 CP surely I could carry a fair few rings as well? I mean just how much do rings weigh in fantasy environments?
Thanks to this thread for reminding me, now I have broadband, to install Steam. I have used half my default monthly allocation with plusnet PAYG getting Half Life installed and oddly I now have Blue Shift which I have never had before.
Performed the mausoleum quest for Narochj, only using three saves so far but I guess that might increase.
Playing Knights of the Old Republic has made me want to start a new game of Planescape Torment on the PC. There is a long way to go - so far I have only just left the mortuary, but it will be something to play when the TV is not available
