I have been meaning to buy Super Monkey Ball for ages and on Monday Play had it for £9.99 and it arrived today.
So far I’ve only played the beginners levels which were (not surprisingly) easy, but fun. I really hope R or one of the kids wants to play since multiplayer looks fun as well.

It was raining Evets X sold lots of apples, dug up some cash and found a fossil (although apparently I need to wait for a letter) before I can post it for identification. Tom Nook’s shuts at 10:00pm which makes sense, unfortunately often that is when I start gaming.

My nintendo stars purchase arrived today delivered by good old parcel force - which may or may not have something to do with the case looking like it has been jumped on. Evets X has moved into Namsobia, taken on a lovely debt and done lots of work for Tom Nook.

Mario Party 5 games seem to create more tension than Mario Party 4, with 4 we used to pretty sure who was going to win before the end but now it seems anything can happen. The A-A-A-A… games are still extremely annoying.

#1 got this for his birthday and Mario Party 4 is forgotten. The games with computer players are a lot closer now. It’s fun to have some new mini games and better computer AI, but there are far too many games of the hit ‘A’ as fast as you can type for my taste.

Came across this in Virgin for £20 and used some vouchers from Christmas. Now all I need is a couple more GBAs and link leads - I think ebay may be my friend here…

I restarted, although in the long run I doubt it will be worth it. I have gone down three caves, paid off about 30% of the debt and have access to three landing sites. Pikmin has a strange ability to be relaxing and stressful at the same time.

I started up Pikmin 2 for the first time. I haven’t got very far - just to the end of day two and I think I goofed, I went down into the cave before some of my Pikmin had finished moving a treasure back to the mothership - so I’ll have to go back there another day.

I’ve obviously been a very good boy and santa brought me a Nintendo DS with Mario Kart (which #1 seems to have commandeered), Zoo Keeper, Tony Hawk’s American Sk8land, Pikmin 2 and Alien Hominid. This week I am mostly playing Zoo Keeper, but that will change quite quickly I suspect once I get a wireless router.

I now have 65 shines on my save and on #1’s save we are up to 31. I got to the final episode of Ricco Harbour yesterday after being stuck on the secret of the tower for ever - I really do hate the “secret” levels.
