Disclaimer: there is, of course, a reason why &lt;a href="http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/5379872.stm" rel="nofollow"&gt;Southend has one of the busiest lifeboat stations in the UK&lt;/a&gt;.</description>
