Change minimum tab width in Firefox 2
I use a lot of tabs in Firefox (33 at the last count) and by default Firefox makes me have scrolling tabs. I tend to navigate via the tab icons rather than title so tabs really don’t need to be very wide. I’ve found that changing the property browser.tabs.tabMinWidth in about:config to 32 seems to do the trick of making the tabs just wide enough for me to see the “favicon”s and the close icon for all my tabs. It is a pity that several sites (including some on work’s intranet) don’t set the icon.
